War heute Abend das zweite Mal da als der Herr mit dem langen Bart gearbeitet hat sonst komme ich immer am Tag tanken Super unfreundlich flapsig und null Kunden orientiert da ich selber schon in der Tankstelle gearbeitet habe werde ich mich persönlich bei Shell direkt beschweren sowas braucht kein Mensch Danke und nie mehr wieder

Unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal. Vorsicht bei Kartenzahlung, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht in der Lage die Systeme richtig zu bedienen, was zu Fehlbuchungen führt.

Heute am Samstag, den 15.06. gegen 15:00 Uhr wollte ich mein Auto waschen an der Kasse traf ich den aggressivsten, unfreundlichsten älteren Mann den ich seit Jahren begegnete. Das geht gar nicht. Ich tanke sehr oft an dieser Tankstelle, kenne mittlerweile fast alle Mitarbeiter hier, ihn sah ich zum ersten mal heute hier.
