Ganz schlimm. Unfreundlich, nie wieder da. Die haben Hermes Paket Shop, aber wir wollte abholen 2 Paketen und wollte uns nicht geben weil mein Mann hat ausländische Ausweis. Er hat gesagt das wir brauchen reisepass, obwohl wir sind in UE und wir dürfen überall mit Ausweis. Also dass heißt wir können überall fahren, fliegen mit unserer Ausweis, aber wir können nicht die Paketen abholen weil bei Oil das ist nicht gültig ? Ihre Antwort stimmt nicht mit Realität, weil war das gleiche Name, das gleiche Adresse und wir bestellen von Otto seit 2008 und wir haben auch Pakete abgeholt von anderen Hermes PaketShop, Beispiel Trinkgut und keine Probleme gehabt. Also brauchen Sie uns nicht die Schuld schieben, weil wir brauchen nicht anderen Pakete welche gehören uns nicht

Aller letzte, man sieht auf dem Schild 1,78 will Tanken,steht 1,87 auf der Zapfsäule,man denkt sich schön und gut,aber dann merkt man beim Tanken das auf dem Schild jedoch 1,86 steht. Von den Mitarbeitern heißt es nur ,der Preis könne sich sekündlich ändern. Reinste verarsche. Fahre nur noch zur freien Tanke oder zur Raiffeisen, da hat man sowas nicht. Selbst 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.
